Day 4

Not sure why this is underlined...but oh well!
I know what you are thinking about my snack above. If you have really done your research you will tell me that that is not the no sugar added/organic sunbutter. Or you will tell me that there are no vegetables in sight. You are right. I paid like a million dollars for the sunbutter and when I found out I got the wrong kind after opening it, the right kind will just have to wait. I don't put that much on my banana anyways...just enough. And the vegetables? While I have been enjoying eating more of them, every few days I feel like I can have a snack without them. I don't eat this everyday people. This is more of my desperate and I need something quick that will keep me full for awhile - kinda like the LaraBars which I have not had.





Didn't get a photo of our final product for dinner tonight, but I sauted zucchini, broccoli and tomatoes in coconut oil and added a little bit of kosher salt. Our meat was grass fed steak from Whole Foods. Matt's response was, "Well that certainly tastes different than corn fed." I agree with him and that it does NOT taste better. It wasn't that it was bad, it was FINE.

I am finally feeling better so was able to do a workout today. I swim on Tu/Th so I went to the pool and was put in the fast lane dammit! I chose to do all of the fast sets at moderate and take less rest which was a good call. I still got 2,750 yards in, so I am happy with that.

I have been sleeping amazing! I don't know if many of you know how great of a sleeper I really am. In fact, I am so good at it that Matt pretty much had to get up with or babies/kids when they were younger - maybe that is why he doesn't sleep anymore.....hmmm. No, really, they should do sleep tests on me.

Okay, girls night out tonight. I think I will hold up a solid performance. I am not willing to let these 4 days go to waste, plus, I feel fantastic!!
